Replacing glass in a solid window on a trailer ?

Tow Bar Failure

My Demco Commander tow bar failed this week as I traveled at 62 mph. The "Connecting Leg" sheared the pins from the "Front Adapter". The other bar continued working and the safety cables held everything together. Has this ever happened to you?
