Disregard the supposed thousands of 5 star reviews! This company gets a F from the BBB.They have habit of shipping broken or damaged goods, I can attest to that, as well as the BBB.Then there is no customer service, only a voice mail message says to contact them through a web page then the line hangs up. You cannot EVER talk to a real person.I am on my 3rd week trying to return a broken on delivery Dometic Toilet.You have been warned.

The carrier mishandles the product. You’re just sour because fed ex / ups is lazy and doesn’t treat anything with care. Welcome to service after covid. No one cares. this is NOT the company’s fault. I have had great experience with them. people will go out of their way to leave a bad review but when they are happy they just keep about their life mind don’t tell anyone. It’s a shame you are misled by thenangry trolls out there that don’t realize it is out of their hands once a delivery service picks this up. sorry they are not walking it to your door for you. Poor thing.

You sound so dramatic. I've bought from them for years - multiple parts and multiple orders and never had an issue. They are great people. But what do we do? We bash small American businesses and take our money to big box corporate chains instead. Ridiculous. It takes a few days for a real human to process a damage claim with a carrier. Sorry they aren't robots. This is terrible that you would go to this length to bash this company. I highly recommend them, guarantee I've bought more than a toilet from them too.

Not only were they the cheapest online, but they had EXACTLY what I was looking for (2pack of keyed alike white door locks that came with 4 keys)…but I got them like 3 days early. everyone is crying about stuff like air conditioners and appliances being damaged, it that’s on the shipping company. I would certainly purchase from them again

  Exactly!! Hard concept for some to grasp, drives me nuts. It bothers me when people are so quick to talk negatively about a small business, especially an American owned small business at that! It is not their fault and I am sure they've done all they can do to make it right, that portion of the story isn't being told though. I am all for giving the small guys a chance to be successful opposed to only giving my money to the big corporate guys.

    Yeah it’s the worst. 90% of people will go out of their way to leave a terrible review at the first sign of inconsistency or inconvenience.

Well there is no longer a way to contact them other than email through their website. Maybe last year they actually answered phones. Seriously, count yourself lucky.

Just look them up on the Better Business Bureau website……..

I wonder if the Covid shutdowns had anything to do with it? Giving people time off to think about their future changed a lot of lives....mostly for the better, but, not good for lower paying job openings.

I think it wise to actually go see what your buying, not ordering everything online. Even at the stores I often see the stock people put items on top or in the front that are slightly flawed in hopes of getting those sold to an impulsive buyer.
