You sound so dramatic. I've bought from them for years - multiple parts and multiple orders and never had an issue. They are great people. But what do we do? We bash small American businesses and take our money to big box corporate chains instead. Ridiculous. It takes a few days for a real human to process a damage claim with a carrier. Sorry they aren't robots. This is terrible that you would go to this length to bash this company. I highly recommend them, guarantee I've bought more than a toilet from them too.

I couldn’t agree more. Not only were they the cheapest online, but they had EXACTLY what I was looking for (2pack of keyed alike white door locks that came with 4 keys)…but I got them like 3 days early.
everyone is crying about stuff like air conditioners and appliances being damaged, it that’s on the shipping company.
I would certainly purchase from them again
