Blame fed ex. Not the store.

We had a bad experience and it wasn't completely the UPS delivery service. The vendor left off our RV site #, which of course didn't help. Then there's no way to text or call anyone at the company. You can email, but they don't read your emails. We finally got our money back ONLY by threatening to request a chargeback from our bank. I would NEVER buy from this company.

Exactly!! Hard concept for some to grasp, drives me nuts. It bothers me when people are so quick to talk negatively about a small business, especially an American owned small business at that! It is not their fault and I am sure they've done all they can do to make it right, that portion of the story isn't being told though. I am all for giving the small guys a chance to be successful opposed to only giving my money to the big corporate guys.

Yeah it’s the worst. 90% of people will go out of their way to leave a terrible review at the first sign of inconsistency or inconvenience.
and If they love something, they’ll just move along and you’ll never hear about it.
