Exactly!! Hard concept for some to grasp, drives me nuts. It bothers me when people are so quick to talk negatively about a small business, especially an American owned small business at that! It is not their fault and I am sure they've done all they can do to make it right, that portion of the story isn't being told though. I am all for giving the small guys a chance to be successful opposed to only giving my money to the big corporate guys.
Yeah itās the worst. 90% of people will go out of their way to leave a terrible review at the first sign of inconsistency or inconvenience.
