When I hook up a water hose to my Black Tank Flush System, I have water running out of the connector that connects to my camper. Water doesn't escape from the water hose to the Black Tank Flush System opening, but between the Black Tank Flush System opening and camper. I used to not have this problem. How do I fix this?

It isn't clear to me what is going on. Maybe I'm just dense or you could describe it further. Even pictures maybe?You must realize, we have no idea what "camper" you have?

If I am reading you correctly you are saying there is a new leak where the flush unit mounts to side of black tank? Mounting screws may have worked loost. I would pull the flush unit off, re seal and install. Maybe make a gasket. If not let sealant set up a bit prior to remount.

Mine has a backflow valve under the bathroom sink which is right inside the trailer opposite the external water hookup for the flush system. That may be leaking if you have one .

Look under trailer, right behind where your BTF hooks up. Mine has a twist on fitting right there, that I just needed to tighten, to stop a small leak.Jerry

Thats what I use, but only because our current rig, it was not an option to get it with (or install after purchasing) a black tank flusher. 'Tis one thing I miss about our old camper, the black tank flush system I installed in it.

A flush king or Dual Flush Pro is a good 2nd choice when a black tank flusher isn't an option, and it works fine. However, I would much prefer a black tank flusher. I'd concentrate on getting your tank flusher leak fixed, instead of sinking $$ into a dual flush unit.

Had a similar (perhaps) problem with my rig. The washer on the connection was bad. Took the connection off, put a new washer in, fixed the problem. On mine, not a major task at all. Took maybe ten minutes. This connection is inside the compartment with the fresh water connection.

The black tank flush was leaking on ours behind the connection on the side of the trailer. It turned out to be the pex line and a threaded connection to the outlet on the outside and it was loose. It was a real pain to get too, b/c it was above the hot water heater. I ended up using a faucet install tool for the supply lines and tightened it up.

I believe Sprink-Fitter and MFL may have the answers. Or you may have to add a double washer. Some male end hose connections do not screw in deep enough to seat tight against a single washer.
