Blackhawk 2 tow bar

Has anyone had to rebuild their tow bar? On mine, (All terrain Blackhawk 2 10,000lb) one side retracts like its suppossed to but the other side will not go in. Any suggestions on how to repair this would be greatly appreciated.

Not towing now.
Former tow vehicles were 2016 Ram 2500 CTD, 2002 Ford F250, 7.3 PSD, 1997 Ram 2500 5.9 gas engine
