Box to fith deck distance

Question

Hi I bought a momentum th with a trail air pin box ,my tow unit is a 2012 chev dually with a b and w  hitch .the distance is 5.5 inches which is to close .the hitch can not go higher about 16inches and the pin box can not go lower because it will only have 4 bolts not 5 bolts and the manufacture says it must have 5 bolts .do I have to buy a new hitch? Thanks

Do you have any adjustment holes in trailer leaf springs shackles.......more holes in shackles that will allow you to change ride height?

Or you might need to do an axle flip.............if leaf spring pack is under axle then flip them to top of axle. Need new spring perch welded to axle and new u-bolts

5.5" is decent and about where I'm at.  Have never had an issue.  Unless your going off-road in some off angle stuff you should be fine.

I would think the momentum already has the axles flipped??

Hi the trailer rides almost level that is not the problem it is the clearance and the only way to solve that is to raise the hitch or lower the pin box.thanks
