It is pretty apparent you are one of those people who feel that paying a site fee allows you to do whatever you want, damaging property included, and let the costs incurred be borne by the park owner and future guests.
Absolutely not. I pick up the trash left by others and leave none of my own. My fires are well made and tended. When I leave a site I leave it better than I found it. Most campers do do such things. You, on the other hand, are clearly of the opinion that you need to dumb everything down for everyone. Possibly because it makes your life easier not to have to go and visit sites when people have left and see what they have done. If they have damaged stuff charge them for it. It's not rocket science but it does take some additional work...
