Bugged by little bugs, any helpful hints

Lowes had in stock Home Depot did not. Took cab over screen out and took down to Lowes and matched up the grid side by side, which is an eye test by itself. Our RV already has the small grid screen material already and I suppose most RV's do, so no use changing screen material.

You can buy no-see-um screen pretty cheap on-line. If your handy you can install it yourself.
I bought some several years ago but procrastinated in actually installing it.

Requires occasional reapplication, but if it is a temporary problem, spray the screen with a DEET bug spray. May or may not work, but I would try it first.

If they are attracted to light place a sacrificial light outside slightly away from RV. I prefer to park next to campers that use white outside light.

It's probably their mating season right now.

I've done the trick with the citronella candles for years - can't say if it really works or not, but have never had excessive bugs in the camper, and amazingly in Fla. very few roaches.

This sounds worth a try. What I do is to close all the doors and windows then spray the camper down with fly spray and go outside for a half hour or so. The open it back up and air it out. I sometimes have to do it more then once a day and I usually do it just before going to bed.

Or 2 layers of bridal veil laid in opposite directions or nap or one piece cut selvage to selvage the other cut end to cut end. You can sew the fabric together or just tack or Velcro it up to the sides of your openings.

Hells Gate State Park ID, right along side the Snake river. Funny thing is 4 miles away visiting Mom-in-law didn't notice any bugs. I don't have a bug phobia or anything like that, just don't have any love affair with them or cleaning up next morning.
