I'm not getting it - first you want to hook your weber to the back bumper, then you say that its a bad location because of the proximity to a fence and that the cook is seperated from everyone else. :h
Not sure why you just don't get a stand for the weber or use it on a tabletop.

If you have a ladder on your rv, there are some tables that will mount on the ladder so you dont have to mount it on your bumper
