This guy was so smart in some ways and such a complete idiot in others. Talented mechanic and an artist when he put his mind to working with his hands.
I think he honestly just thought you paid a flat rate for insurance and they paid whatever your vehicle was worth.
Sadly, when it came to paying his taxes, choosing wives, making good financial choices and taking care of himself he wasn’t so sharp. Paid the price for all of it.
