I looked at a few of the pictures. Some of them were really funny !!! Some of them were out of necessity, and some of them were accidents. Stuff Happens!

He got the cover open on top of the post so his wife; or someone; must have held it open as he went past. I'm not sure why he felt the need to be that close and needed to do that but, we don't know the rest of the story. Like,, why he has wires running everywhere anyway. Still, without background I would not call that a fail.
