WOW! Glad I saw this. I was going to go there to buy a new Class A with no trade. Not ever going there now! Scum bags!

I'd sure be _very_ hesitant to put a deposit on a unit from them, or to leave my RV there for repairs. No telling who might get hurt or how if they declare bankruptcy, or if the owner flees.

Many speciality high ticket item dealers tend to prey on the uninformed newby just as door-to-door vacuum cleaner salesman did years ago. While I do not feel this is an honorable practice things will never change.

Don't be so sure. Evert has done very well for himself. Been by his massive lot many times and he has been in business many years. That settlement just might be pocket change.

Superior Court is the lowest court in the California court system. I'm sure they will appeal, so who knows until the fat lady sings.
