Thought about doing something like that a few years ago with aluminum trim, but never did it. I need to replace my top seal on my slide and may try to do something like yours, your idea is much better and looks like it came with trailer. Over the years I've looked at rv gutters, but they are very expensive, and look cheesy. You have designed something that is durable and will keep out water. I'm impressed.
