I "think" that darsben one was being flippant. I think his underlying point is that somehow Good Sam is better because it has the forum where you can complain vs those like coach net that apparently do not....
Well this is just false logic.
Good Sam WANTS you to post your complaints here and NOT on the many complaint and review sites across the wider web. This works in their favor...not necessarily yours. By keeping these complaints "in house" they avoid an ever worsening rating on the rating sites.
In fact I think it should be looked at exactly the opposite: Those companies that are not so afraid of their customers remarks and do not have sites are more deserving of praise than this one.
I am sure that CN has an 800 number and customer service to call if you have a problem and I am equally sure your problem will be addressed most likely faster than complaining on here with a similar problem.
This same old saw is trotted out every time this discussion happens. Let get beyond this oversimplified view of GSE motives for this site. It is in THEIR best interests pure and simply.
