I had similar concerns when my Coach Net policy came up for renewal. I made a call to call to Good Sam for info on what they provided, and a copy of their contract to compare to the Coach Net one I already had. Nope, couldn't get one until I paid my fee and was under the contract I couldn't read. I went through 3 or 4 levels of supervisors, and still no luck. I did get a fancy sales booklet, but not a copy of the actual contract. I don't buy a pig in a poke, so back to Coach Net. Good Sam's business practices are the BEST ADVERTISEMENT COACH NET COULD HAVE. I have used Coach Net for tire service in Alaska and a "stuck in the mud" pull out 4 times since 2006 and have had no complaints at all. Stick with Coach Net.
