My feeling is that no matter the price, if you, as a dealer offered that price then you should complete the service. You made a decision to sell low not the buyer. Your price should reflect the camper AND the normally offered service. Did the Internet price suggest that the buyer would not get normal service included? Think not. What is the cut off for service when bought on the lot? $1000 off sticker price, $5000 off sticker price? At what point does that buyer stop expecting all the service. The unit should never have been advertised on line at that price without a disclaimer "we don't do s@$& to this unit when you pick it up!"
