Ok this morning the furnace came on and the ac fan too... so after looking in the manual I see it said “ have fan set on auto to avoid ac fan coming on when furnace comes on” Ok so I checked the stat...

Same with my unit. If the fan setting is on high or low the A/C fan will come on when the heater comes on. The fan has to be set on "auto" in order for just the heater fan to operate when the heat is on.
