We belong to a local chapter, go to state Samborees, and have made many lasting friendships in the Good Sam CLUB.
It's fairly simple to understand. Good Sam PITCHES that feature, using as a selling point and clearly lists it as a benefit. People who sign up aren't coming up with this on their own :R
Bottom line: If you offer a benefit, honor it. If you don't want to honor it, don't use it to entice new members. Simple.
