I consider myself to be quite defensive when it comes to driving, always watching out, looking at other vehicles, preparing for any bonehead thing they may do.... But you know, sometimes some clown...

Doubt if it is totaled doesn't look too bad really.
Radiator ok? Inter cooler? Did air bag deploy? Those tend to run up the repair cost.
Should buff right out!
Just get a very good body/frame shop and insist on factory parts!
Just glad you are Ok, I am sure the truck is repairable as it would be hard to replace.
