DRV Frame problem

Hi,we have a 2012 Mobile Suites 38rrsb3.We are the second owners and we have had the fiver over 4 years. We had used it quite a bit, towed it over 50,000 miles and have a few problems but that's to be expected. But now I have run into a problem with frame flex in the front part of the trailer. In the shop right now and we have tested it,it differently has more movement than it should have, waiting for the shop to take the under cap off under the bed and hitch area,so we can get to the frame area to see what's going on. Any other people with DRVs with miles on them had any frame problems? Will keep updated as we find out more,Thx, Terry

This is a very rare topic for a DRV even tho Lippert makes the frame to meet DRVโ€™s specs.

I advise joining the DRV section of the Thor Forum.

Iโ€™ve heard of this with many fivers, but not a DRV until now. This seems to be a big problem with Lippert frames, which DRV uses but from what Iโ€™ve read it seems that DRV specs were quite high which for the most part avoided the problem. I will be interested to hear what is discovered to be the problem on your unit.
