electrical issues with water pump.. need help...

Howdy all, just need some guidance on where an electrical issue could be. I will try to list all the details.. to start, I have a 2009 Thor Vortex Toy Hauler.. hooked up to a dedicated 50amp circ...

I have a panel that has the switch for the idiot lights for the tank sensors, the water pump switch and the generator starter switch, all on a circuit board, the positive to the water pump shorted or decided to quit, I bypassed with a new dedicated switch and new wires, I have the suspicion that those teeny wires fried inside.
