Even Brake Braking When Letting Off Accelerator

I had an Even Brake installed yesterday and on the tow home noticed something I had not seen on my previous Even Brake system from a few years back.

When going downhill, I let off the accelerator on my RV (Forest River Sunseeker on Ford E350 chassis) to slow down going down a few inclines. This rig doesn't have an engine brake per se, but the engine does help slow the vehicle in a case like this. Several times while doing this the monitor showed that the Even Brake was applying braking pressure to the towed vehicle, a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox. The braking was very short term and did not seem to cause a problem. Is this a normal occurrence? I had the sensitivity set on the default 'average' setting. Thanks

    Got this response from Roadmaster, which covers the question. I made a bad assumption that the Evenbrake only activated when the RV brakes were applied.

    "Yes sir, please keep in mind that the Even Brake has a built-in accelerometer and activates when both the motor home and dinghy vehicle are slowing down. If you would like the unit to not activate when the motor home is slowing down so quickly, then turn down the sensitivity down or adjust the front end of the Even Brake main box unit up about an 1/8" by letting out the two front legs.     You need to calibrate that sensitivity, otherwise you are going to end with warped rotors and burnt brake pads on the toad, those brakes should only come on when applying more brake pressure on the RV, I do not know if you can set the sensitivity from the drivers position.
