- Water-BugExplorerHenry Ford was one of the original RVers. If he were alive today, jusy maybe ...... Or maybe it's his grandson.
- RGar974417ExplorerNo wonder they could never find the body of Jimmy Hoffa, the Mafia has him in that trailer.
- buckyExplorer III'm pretty sure the Chief Justice's staff makes sure that LE knows where he is at all times.
- wa8yxmExplorer IIII am told that many of the Rich go camping.. For example the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
Now you do not get rich by wasting money so his RV can often be found parked overnight at.....Wal*mart.
(I can just see some overzealous cop not understanding the difference between private property (Wal*mart lot) and public property (Street) writing him an overnight parking ticket.....
Oh that would be fun. - CavemanCharlieExplorer IIII think it looks like it would work if it was set up properly.
Why not?
Looks like fun to me.
Although I don't feel I need one for my set up, the Hensley would work good for this. - PawPaw_n_GramExplorer

Lots of people use RV's that are way below what they can afford. It's all a matter of priorities and likes.
Folks who buy what they need. And don't spend money on my unnecessary extras tend to end up with more money in the end.
Know a few couples with Casitas who could afford a King Aire, but don't like the complexity and travel cost of a big rig. And it wouldn't fit their camping style. They like small out of the way campgrounds.
Everyone has their own preferences and that's one of the things which makes RV travel so interesting and fun. - colliehaulerExplorer III

There was a couple next to me at Top Sail in a newer Provost. I had my tt with the Collies. Very nice people that I enjoyed visiting with. His wife had MS and had limited mobility. He asked if the Collies could come into the bus so his wife could pet them. My tt would not have covered the sales tax on their bus but the view out the window was the same.
I camp in my cheap value priced 9 yo TT with folks who have a Newmar MH and another couple that own a Tiffin Allegro. Seems to work for all of us and there is no class designation between the owners regardless of the class of RV. - fla-gypsyExplorerI camp in my cheap value priced 9 yo TT with folks who have a Newmar MH and another couple that own a Tiffin Allegro. - AndyWExplorerUsed limos are surprisingly cheap, as the type of person who owns or rides in a limo is not generally the type of person to buy a used vehicle.
That said, I would guess the person in this picture owns the vehicle as part of a business, and it's just the best he had available. Still funny. - turbojimmyExplorer

"Interstate Limo with Camper FAIL" ???
Looks like a perfect set up to me.
Can anyone make out what model is stretched?
That's a stretched mid-90s Caprice/Impala. Costs a small fraction of a properly equipped tow vehicle (truck).
My '94 (and '96) stretched Fleetwoods cost less than $3k. Same LT1 as that Impala and same wheelbase. Actually, the wheelbase on my '94 was longer than my Allegro motorhome by about 6".
