extending the hitch out of 2015 Ford Super Duty

Don't think you want to do that. Extending the length of a 800# tongue-weight hitch will really increase the leverage, and could cause problems with the WDH spring bars. Not even sure you can buy an extended hitch insert for WDH. Sounds like you are going to be taking two vehicles, towing the RZR on a small trailer.... Check Reese hitch website?
