Its neat to see all the state and province maps both on here and on RV's. But I wonder how many forum members have managed to achieve all 3 territories, 10 provinces 81 states and 2 federal districts of North America. And not just drive through them but more in depth historical touring. Don't know if we'll ever achieve that but won't lack for trying. So far we have about 55 states if we only count the ones we have actually explored, all the provinces, one federal district and no territories (at least with the RV). Our brief visit to the Mexican federal district shouldn't really count as it was a drive through on the Arco Norte. We had intended to visit the US federal district last year and got chased away by a hurricane. OH well. Lotsa time....we hope. ๐Ÿ™‚

I've been cross country a few times (traveled east to west and back) and enjoyed almost all the states. Due to proximity I visit NY the most. The past two months I have been from Montauk,, Long Island, NY to Niagara Falls, NY. I enjoyed the Finger Lakes, the Catskills (eroded plateau) and the Adirondack Mts. as well as the 1000 Islands region on the St. Lawrence seaway. Several years ago we rented a boat and spent a week on the Erie Canal. It was all very enjoyable. I can't wait to visit the states I haven't seen yet.

Colorado...(but I am biased in that reply.):C

...and to truly appreciate camping in Colorado, you will need a truck camper (but I am biased in that opinion too! ๐Ÿ˜‰

We love camping in Arkansas, the mountains and trees are great and the campgrounds are clean and well kept, and the people are friendly, there are 50 some state parks plus quite a few corp of engineer campgrounds and they are really nice and well kept. thanks for listening.

I live in Maryland don't waste your fuel. Drivers are nuts and not that much to see and for your own safety stay out of Baltimore.

Wait a minute. The Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake is nice. St Michaels, Easton, both are charming towns.

Yea Yea lived here all my life and it gets more crazy by the day. That's one reason I bought the RV so I can leave the state. I would leave for good but we have grandkids here. I wonder if I'll get charged rain tax and flush tax on the RV mmmmmmmm maybe next year. Im still trying to get the wife to move to Delaware . By the time you get to the few good spots in Maryland you are so frustrated you wish you never started the quest. Lets see Bay Bridge on a weekend SUCKS ,695 beltway SUCKS , 70 north towards Fredrick SUCKS ,and last but not least 95 south and north SUCKS. Oh yea don't even think about heading toward 495 DC unless you have survival gear.

For some unknown reason I thought I wanted to visit Maryland, and specifically, Baltimore. Guess not.

The Great Northwest if the best. Washington so many great NF CGs. Oregon great camping area and great fishing lakes. Live south of Seattle. Just 1.5 hours and I'm in Mt Rainier NP or National Forrest area.
My new DRW and camper on the truck the first time.
