Finding a used TT??

I have had a couple friends who have ventured out of their own home area in search of a RV of choice. And I've heard of a few others who have done the same.

One close friend of mine found a really nice 5'ver that retailed at well over 100G. He picked it up used for 33, well below market value.

Another with a similar story got a really nice TT for a great price.

There are a few others I heard about.

Common thing is that south of the Canadian border there are unfortunately a few folks who have found themselves in distress and sold their RV for a fraction of what they paid.

Well, I have to be careful what I say and how I word things, as I don't want to come across as a vulture.

But, with my current work situation and where I am going, I will be seriously looking at upgrading my Triple E to a later model TT with Arctic package and more. Dang it's cold in Alberta in winter with single glazed windows and a TT full of air leaks!

I have been searching locally for something I can possibly afford. Prices are nothing notable here.

I am not afraid to drive a thousand or two miles for the right deal on the TT I want. It is worth it to me to drive a ways, make another adventure of it and bring home a unit of choice for a good deal.

So question is, where does a person look for these good deals like a couple of my friends found south o the border?

Ideally I want a PCW Tango, 2008 to 2010, no newer. I have no idea where to look for a used unit of choice. It has to be a winter friendly unit. Deals are out there. There are people who need to sell badly and for a good price, but question is, how do I find them?

I am thinking of this summer as a time to upgrade, if all goes according to plan.

Any suggestions?
