There is no cord attached,what you are seeing is an air hose.
I have a few Dewalt 20 volt batteries, A full 5 amp battery will top off all 4 of my 110 PSI tires.
However if a battery were to fail you simply put in another one just like any cordless tool.
How long does the battery last? I see cords attached, so much for no need to plug in.
