Just a bit of pot stirring here. Why do people either not read a post or fail to comprehend the thrust of the post if they do read it? I am referring specifically to the common campground complain...

I think these types of posts are created out of boredom when the OP has nothing better to do or doesn't have a specific question in mind. Posts titled "What were they thinking?" or "Why would you ever do that?" are going to get pounced on because everyone is different. Now we are getting "how come?" threads about other threads. People comprehend questions differently and come up with various points of view. If someones point of view is different, either ask for understanding - don't bash them. If you can't see that and it doesn't help you understand, then try harder.
