Has anyone used the free camping at the Connecticut welcome center Exit 2 off 84E

You can get off on Saw Mill Rd, take a left and get on east bound. The problem will be getting back on west bound. You'd have to go back to exit 4. If you plug it into google map, using "Connecticut Welcome Center" you'll see what I mean. During rush hour this area is pretty busy.
