Fridge door panneling keeps slipping

We just did our first weekend in our new tt. It has a dometic fridge, with wood panneling on the front of the door.

Its a 1 piece pannel thats the size of the fridge door. Its held in place by a plastic piece that snaps into the bottom of the door in 3 places along a 14" strip.

On our way out, and on our way home, he plastic strip has popped out of its place, and the pannel in turn slips down to he floor, about a 4" drop.

Can the wood pannel be epoxied into place, or is there a solution to keep this from happening again and again?

The RTV has plenty of holding power ,yet peels off if and when needed! If You have power Mirrors ,they use the same RTV to attach the Glass to the Motor Mechanism. Not affected by temperature or Vibration !

I had the same problem that You have with My Fridge Doors! I fixed them two years ago using the RTV !

do you think a sealant has enough holding power, or am i better off using something a bit tougher to pry loose?
