At least the scenery around him was nice. That's Cannon Beach on the Oregon Coast - about a 1.5 hours out of Portland. I've probably stayed in the hotel the video was shot from. There are a lot of dead end streets around there and I can see how he got into that mess (not excusing the poor attempt to get out, though).
