Unless the RV is a 50 amp unit, the cheap heat won't do much more than a heat strip in the roof air conditioner. The 30 amp cheap heat version draws more than a 15 amp circuit can provide.
I prefer 1/2 size oil filled heaters and electrically heated carpets.
