Good wax

I use Wash and Wax all on the motorhome and my cars. It is the fastest and easiest to use and it puts on a great shine.

Read the labels. Don't know if the marine wax intended for fiberglass works on aluminium. Ok if painted I guess. If bare, have a look in an aircraft supply site. See what they are using.

I have used fiberglass products on stainless steel on my boats. Seems to work well. Used Woodys Wax on my aluminium tower. Dissolves corrosion spots & leaves a hard protective shine.

Not true anymore. Synthetic hydrophobic waxes are another class of wax that far exceeds the natural carnuba waxes of yesteryear.

Lots of good products out there. Everyone has their preference. They all take about the same amount of labour to use so you might as well spend the extra $ & get a good wax/sealant that will last. The multi purpose cleaner wax are not as durable but you need to start with a clean surface with the wax/sealants.

My preference? The Mequires Flagship wax. Expensive but only used once a year on sides. Twice a year on front cap. The trailer looks new but is stored indoors for 7 months of the year.

I have been using Collinite #845 Insulator Wax for years on all of my vehicles and RV's. It is the best wax for shine, durability, ease of application,etc. I wax my MH twice a year with it.

I also use their Fleet Wax on my King Dome to repel the dew and rain.

X2 for NuFinish! Consumer Reports recommends it in their reviews. I prefer Turtle Ice for my Harley-Davidson, but that's due to a lot of small parts that can be difficult for wax removal and it's non-clouding dry finish is easier for detailing. The other vehicles seem to validate Consumer Report's reviews of NuFinish, easy on/off and a durable finish for surfaces.

Nu finish is what we use. It does a fantastic job, and it is easy to put on and take off!

+1 on the Rejex product. I use it on everything including windows, shower enclosure, and the aluminum wheels. Great stuff

I don't use wax. A friend gave me a bottle of ReJex I applied and found this stuff amazing. Better than any wax I have ever used. If your RV finish is in good condition, not oxidized, ReJex is the best product you will ever find. It must be applied in temps under 85 degrees, do not apply in sun, and after applied, no sun for 12 hours. Unbelievable results. I never believed it, but after I did it I'll never go back to wax.
