Happy Campers in Billings Montana for Yellowstone
Thinking of renting a camper and tow vehicle from this company next summer but there are limited reviews that I have located. Anyone have experience with them?

Most people rent motorhomes, so that they do not have to deal with the problems of backing up. It is much easier to back up a motorhome than a truck and trailer. Also hitching up a travel trailer and weight distribution system is a bit more complicated than a normal U-Haul type trailer with surge brakes.
There are several motorhome rental places that I have seen there RV's in National Parks. Cruise America comes to mind. I think they have one place in Salt Lake City. If you found a place in Billings, it would certainly be a lot closer, and less mileage fees while visiting Yellowstone!
You can limit mileage fees further if you are driving up there anyway in a economy car, by having the wife follow the RV to the park, then find a campsite for the whole trip, say 5 nights in West Yellowstone at a full hookup place, or a couple of nights in the park without hookups, and then use your car to sightsee.
Normally mileage on a RV is something like $0.40 per mile, but can vary from place to place. And they include some free mileage in each rental, such as 100 miles per day free, then $0.40 per mile after that limit is exceeded.
