Havasu River Resorts?

I just got a call from Havasu River Resorts telling me that my name was pulled from a list & I get 20 free stays with them.

They say its not a time share, yet want an hour & 1/2 from me & will give me a $100.00 gas card & a tablet for FREE!

Ok so whats the catch?

Coincidently I will be passing through there anyways very soon, so I set up an appointment.

I suppose they have to give away $100.00 fuel cards & Tablets being where they are located.
Must be hard to get people to go all the way over to them?

Anyways wondered if any of you have any experience with them?

Looks like a nice place from my google search.
Lake & river & golf course etc etc..

But why would they offer me 20 free stays.

I never care to go to the same place over 20 times!

If you can abstain from buying or whatever, enjoy the freebies. No harm no foul. I've had a few friends go here and there for those things. Food was decent, so was the salesman.

Are they the same sales people that sold the London Bridge to Lake Havasu? Watch out they are good!!

I don't like prime rib , so not an issue.

A friend of mine told me the way they work the $100,00 in fuel in you mail them your receipts for $25.00 once a month or something like that & they pay you back for it.

The Fish Fry is a pretty good deal though as well as their lunch special's each day. Roberto's in Parker makes a Great burrito too. We'll be headed to the "Cove" in a few weeks.

Info: When you go to that resort don't get caught up in the all you can eat prime rib. It's less than 1/4 inch thick. That just isn't right! Ruins it.

Well after this trip to Az. I don't have time to visit them. Left a voice mail telling them, would like to visit when my RV is trip ready & I'll contact them then.

We have C&R (caught&released) Striped Bass & catfish in Lake Havasu & the Colorado River.....FUn times...:B:B

We like the boat ramp & beach, pool, etc at Avi.

Do have a small bass boat.

But I don't golf.

I'm 99% sure I'll take my door prizes & so no thank you & leave?

But does look like a place I'd like to visit?
Maybe if they really do give me 20 free stays I'll use them.

It's part of CRA. We don't have that particular park in our membership but have visited it. If you have a boat, it would be okay. Kinda of tight spots. We spend winters in AZ and spend a couple of weeks at a time at Emerald Cove. We love the ATV trails across the street. But, not sure we'd buy it again. We've been members 8 years

Well I will say the place ( from what i know at this point looks like a fun place.

Yet I get bored with the same place after a few times.

Yet it is located nicely between where We & my Mom live. But doubt I'd get the use out of it for what it likely cost.

Trust me I will let you know after my visit.

They said I can even bring my 100 lb dog with me on the tour?!?!

After confirming the E-Mail they sent they added a $200.00 bonus prize of hotel stays around the nation.

So $200.00 in hotel stays
20 free days at the resort .
$100.00 fuel card & Windows based Tablet.
