i post signs clearly visible concerning my security system. I don't think my residence looks like one that says the signs are BS.
The system also has a zone for the sump pump over filling and a hi/lo heat sensor.
I have had sorry dealings with two "house sitters" but did not get ripped off in the process.
But I did have an inside job rip off once but cannot prove chit.
yeah what a bummer.
