Homeless migration to RVs creating problems
There seems to be a trend for the homeless to get an old RV and live on the streets. County officials admit their hands are are tied as they do not have proper laws in place to deal with the problem....

Now I understand the reason for the over 10 year old RV rule. Another thing is that if I get stuck with mine (it's over 10 years old) I might end up with a bigger problem than I thought.
