It's all about mass.Somehow I'd think the smaller or lighter vehicle is in a no win situation by doing something stupid.Really sounds like a great opportunity to increase a states revenues.
Illinois can use it. I drive I-88 nearly every day at 62-mph (55 zone) and rarely see a state police vehicle.
