Hey Gary, We were sad to see Country Village go too. Not many places like them left.
I used a lawn mower blade balancer from Home depot and a nylon bushing to adapt the "D" shaped hole of the fan to it. I had to sand down on side of the bushing to make it fit. Then I used these little threaded clip thingys to add weight to the light side of the fan.
I also cleaned up the plastic flashing on the blades. Dont know if it helps but figured it couldn't hurt.
