    Probably.

If you do damage the paint Rustoleum white enamel can be brushed on.
It levels out pretty well and usually matches the polar white paint that is on most aluminum sided coaches.

    Good luck there...

  • With Dicor any tool will work but with Proflex I have had to resort to metal tool and the one that has worked the best for me is an automotive gasket scraper.

Klean-Strip Industrial Maintenance Coating Thinner which is sold by Home Depot is excellent for cleanup and softening both the Proflex and the Dicor.
  • If it hasn't cured, mineral spirits works well. That stuff bonds very well once cured, which makes it a good product.
Once cured, I would use a razor blade lengthwise very carefully.
  • ...or a plastic type putty\scraper.
Sometimes I'd put painters tape on the edge of the scraper to keep from damaging the paint.

Don't use any type of distillate chemical like I tried.
    Lesson learned there.
  • A putty knife. Go real slow and easy so as to not scratch the paint. I have also used a small flathead screw driver
