how to tighten the ball?
How do you tighten the ball of the sway friction control when ther s no hex on the ball itself? There's no way to counter tighten it?

X2 on the impact.- Channel Locks or Pipe Wrench....will mar up the chrome finish very nicely....:S
This: much better.
- A good tip is to insert the ball mount sideways for tightening purposes. It's much easier to tighten up and down rather than sideways and underneath.

- Pipe wrench or large pair on Channelocks on the base.
