This goes for the local stations as well. No reporting from the beach dressed in rain slicks getting buffeted by wind or pointing to downed limbs proclaiming "Storm Damage"!tomkaren13 wrote:
The areas that do need rain might want to consider having the employees of the weather channel visit. The tears they are shedding because they won't have a disaster to cover are enough to irrigate a whole lot of acreage.
This morning Erika died near Cuba. Florida will only get rain. Some places in Florida do not need the rain.
Or the stop sign shaking in the wind. - 2012ColemanExplorer II

- GMandJMExplorerYeah, Dominica got his hard with the rain.
I mentioned the flooding aspect on another thread.

What a relief!
It wasn't the Wind that did the most damage in PR and Dominica, it was the massive amounts of rain!! In addition what is left of the storm is headed out over warm water and has the chance to regain strength.
