The areas that do need rain might want to consider having the employees of the weather channel visit. The tears they are shedding because they won't have a disaster to cover are enough to irrigate a whole lot of acreage.

This goes for the local stations as well. No reporting from the beach dressed in rain slicks getting buffeted by wind or pointing to downed limbs proclaiming "Storm Damage"!
