Winterhaven is far enough inland that all they will see is a LOT of rain. They should be fine in two weeks but you could always call.
Roads will be normal if you come down I-75. Stay away from I-95. Even two weeks after the event there will be a lot of power company and restoration equipment moving up and down the coast.
They are saying now that we (Orlando, Merritt Island, the Cape) will see the worst of it just before dawn tomorrow (Friday). Keeping in mind that Orlando is 50 miles from the coast, we have secured for 10" of rain and 60MPH winds.
