Ice maker

Question

I posted this question in another topic but didn't get an answer.
My question is: Can I use my air compressor to blow out the ice maker water line when I winterize? My refrigerator is an Amana house type with an ice maker.

If you can get to the water valve just disconnect it and it will drain on its own no need to blow it out. As far as the ice maker remove it and dump it.

I also pump anti-freeze through the disconnected water line, I have a shut off valve on the water line end that I open.
