Insurance claim

We had a great flood last week and trailer had 5' of water in it. Adjuster said they will have to get a third party appraisal to determine if total loss.
Trailer had full coverage and any insight on the claim process is appreciated.

We just bought a 2016 brand new 38 footer and are thinking of going with Progressive, but haven't quite decided yet.

If Progressive, needs to immediate and sudden. Wait first they want proof you maintained your seals so water can't get in.

Ha! now don't be surprised if you are denied anything on your claim because you did not have "flood insurance." You may think this is a funny statement, but I'm serious!

5ft in the trailer? I,m not a rocket expert but I,d say thats a total loss.
