Insurance Issues Hosting in a Texas State park

We are considering a hosting job in a Texas State park this winter but in order to operate their vehicles they have strange insurance requirements. Anyone out there have experience hosting in a Texas ...

We hosted inTwo different Texas State Parks. In order to operate a licensed vehicle, It had to be covered by my personal insurance: I declined to drive. But, that did not include the diesel mule for camp host, so we were just fine operating the mule.
