well thats a good thing considering where you are.. I think we'll get ours next winter since theres another significant El Nino forming out in the Pacific.

It was 100 a week ago in Lake Havasu and it has been high 80's to mid 90's since with lows about 70. Every summer we get into the 120's for a few days but usually 110-117 with lows in the high 90's.
But we don't have to put on special tires when it get hot :B

I vow not to complain when our stupid cold Minnesota winter morphs into stupid hot & humid Minnesota summer. Easy 125 degree difference. That's why God gave us 10,000 lakes.

Yep, it snowed (just a dusting) last night here in southern Connecticut. Oh well. Maybe it'll warm up by September...

Woke up with snow on the ground this morning, and it continued to snow off-and-on until about noon!

Woo hoo we finally broke our snow record for the season in the Detroit, MI area. 94.8" might be using chains on the truck for the first trip of the season or for that matter all summer. :B

Up until a couple of years ago we always took our holidays in september. We would head north. The temperature would be about 15C or 59F daytime and nighttime around 2C or 35F. We took our tent. We sure slept well. Cool fresh air, not a sole around us for about 80 kilometers. That is camping. We would still enjoy it.

I would die in that heat. Once it hits 75F or 23C my body does not like it. I get chills, runny nose, muscle cramps and it does not take much for me to get sunstroke.
